Fumo Recu

A simple Arknights-inspired 2D top-down game where the player navigates through different levels to collect the Mint Fumo. Made with Unity.

Concept

I don't know mang I just wanted to make something that I enjoy playing. The concept of swapping characters and reaching the Fumo to complete levels was from a very old game I made. It wasn't good, but I liked the idea, so I remade and improved it.

Gameplay

Boot up the game, select a level, tweak with some modifiers, then fulfill the level's condition to win. The condition can be reaching Mint Fumo's position, eliminating all enemies, or surviving for some time... It's pretty straightforward!

During gameplay, you have two characters: a mobile bruiser or a control mage. You play as one at a time, but can always swap between them when swapping is available.

Themes and such. There's a skill tree, and a difficulty modifier to farm aura with. There's other stuff too, but you will find out as you play :D

• Hugest credit: This game is heavily influenced by Arknights, a free-to-play tactical RPG/tower defense mobile game developed by Hypergryph.

  • The majority of the game's assets (character sprites) were taken from Arknight PRTS Wiki.
  • The in-game soundtracks and the majority of the SFXs are by Arknights - MSR.
  • My friend who helped with some artworks in the game.
  • Some images were taken from The Noun Project.
  • Other assets I drew myself using Adobe Photoshop.
